Terms of Service
DRAFT - pending legal review. Wispdock is preparing a managed game server hosting service. Orders are managed in the panel. This draft explains the topics our final terms must cover; it is not a finished customer agreement.
Who provides the service
Wispdock is the project name. The legal service provider, registered address and registration details have not been published. Governing law and the dispute process are also pending review. These details must be completed before the final agreement is published.
Service scope and availability
The planned launch focuses on Minecraft Java and Bedrock hosting for players in the US and Canada. A plan’s confirmed resources, supported software, managed support scope and any limits must be shown before purchase. A roadmap item or coming-soon feature is not a commitment to deliver it by a particular date.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials private and obtain permission before uploading worlds, mods or other files. The final acceptable-use rules must address unlawful content, attacks, abuse of shared resources and activity that disrupts other customers. Enforcement, suspension and appeal procedures remain subject to legal review.
Prices, renewals and cancellation
Published plan prices are monthly amounts in USD. The advertised 30% discount applies to the first month only; recurring prices apply afterwards. Custom plans start at $2.75 per GB with a $49.50 monthly minimum. Taxes, payment methods, renewal notices, refund eligibility and cancellation deadlines are to be finalized before launch and must be disclosed before checkout opens.
World files, backups and support
Keep an independent copy of world files and configuration that you cannot afford to lose. Backup retention, restore access and support responsibilities must be specified in the final service description. Do not send passwords, payment card information or authentication tokens in a support request.
Liability and changes
Liability limits, termination rights and the procedure for changing these terms are to be finalized before ordering. No limitation of statutory rights is intended by this unfinished draft. Contact Wispdock with questions before relying on these terms or making a purchase.
