WISPDOCK / PRE-LAUNCH
Managed Minecraft hosting, with help for the server work
Getting a server to start once is easy. Wispdock is for what comes after: installing packs, changing configs and working out why the world won’t load. None of this is live yet. It’s what we’re building.
Setup starts with what you play
We start from your edition, server software and pack version. If you’re bringing a world, send it with its config so we can check the move before touching anything.
Backups
Backups and restores are part of the plan. Retention, storage limits and restore terms aren’t set yet, and we’ll publish them before launch. Keep your own copy of any world you’d hate to lose.
The panel isn’t ready
The game panel will have start and stop, a console and a file manager. It isn’t built yet, so treat any screenshot on this site as a mockup.
Help in English and Turkish
Write in either language. We don’t promise a response time or round-the-clock cover. Send the software version and the log, and we won’t have to ask for them.
What to send us
What you want to run
Tell us what you play, not a RAM number. Edition, pack release, world size and whether your group builds giant farms tell us more.
What broke
For a crash or failed start, include the exact error, software versions and the last change you made. Remove passwords, tokens and private player information from logs before sharing them.
After a restore
Walk around the world and check a few inventories and plugin data before you let everyone back in. A backup missing the right files looks fine until you need it.
Questions before you start
Are all features live?
No. Wispdock is in pre-launch, ordering is closed and the panels are coming soon.
Is there an uptime guarantee?
No. We’re not promising an uptime number, and the SLA is still a draft.
Hear when ordering opens
This opens a draft in your mail app. Send it and you’re on the list. Add what you’re planning to run, if you like.
